u003cdivu003eu003cdivu003eThis position is responsible for identifying and eliminating issues that limit product flow by applying lean principles to reduce process bottlenecks and work in progress (WIP). The role leads industrial engineering operators and technicians, provides direction, and develops team capability and performance while supporting a strong continuous improvement culture.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu003cstrongu003eDuties:u003c/strongu003eu003cbru003eu003cstrongu003eIncluding but not limited to:u003c/strongu003eu003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eLead and implement site-wide lean activities including 5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D to eliminate waste and improve productivity.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eServe as a proactive change agent who supports the professional development of Leads, Supervisors, and Managers while driving a continuous improvement culture.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eLead the standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, sequences, layouts, and material flow.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDrive and track continuous improvement initiatives across all functional areas, including manufacturing and office environments.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDevelop detailed plans, manage project performance, and ensure timely completion of improvement projects and savings goals.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDesign, develop, and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflows, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eAct as a key owner and stakeholder for equipment capital expenditures including design input, vendor selection, procurement, and implementation.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCollaborate with the Operations Manager and Site Leadership Team to develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap focused on best in class performance.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eLead the creation and enhancement of capacity modeling, production planning tools, and time standards.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManage and provide direction to industrial engineering operators and technicians, supporting capability development and performance improvement.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003ePerform additional duties as assigned.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003c/liu003eu003c/ulu003eu003cdivu003eu003cstrongu003eSkills and Qualifications:u003c/strongu003eu003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eBachelor’s degree in Engineering required.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMinimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience with at least 3 years of management experience.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eStrong skills in industrial services data collection, root cause analysis, and practical problem solving.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDemonstrated ability to apply throughput improvement processes.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eStrong knowledge of lean principles.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eSelf-motivated with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and remain focused on critical tasks.u003c/liu003eu003c/ulu003eu003cdivu003eu003cstrongu003eDisclaimer:u003c/strongu003e Please note that we are unable to provide job sponsorships, including, but not limited to, visas, corp-to-corp arrangements (C2C), or any other form of sponsorship for employment.
