u003cdivu003eu003cdivu003eThis position serves as a senior technical leader responsible for the design, development, specification, implementation, documentation, and support of electrical and control systems for mobile and stationary volumetric proportioning mixing equipment. The role owns both hardware and software aspects of machine controls, including low- and high-voltage power systems for DC and AC electrical systems, embedded and PLC-based programming control architectures, and safety-critical designs.u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu003cbru003eThis position acts as the technical authority for electrical and controls engineering, leading system architecture decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (including ISO, ASTM, CE, NEC, and UL 508A), and providing mentorship and guidance to engineers and cross-functional teams. The Sr. Electrical and Control Engineer plays a key role in advancing product innovation, reliability, manufacturability, and capability while supporting continuous improvement u003c/strongu003eu003c/divu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eLead the design and development of electrical and control systems for industrial equipment, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, communications, motor controls, and system architectures.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDesign and integrate power distribution systems including 12VDC, 24VDC, single-phase AC, and three-phase AC systems up to 575VAC.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCreate and review technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure installations and operations meet standards and customer requirements.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDevelop, maintain, and support control system software, primarily using CoDeSys, for machine operation, automation, diagnostics, and safety functions.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eUtilize computer-assisted engineering and design software to complete engineering tasks and system development.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003ePerform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eDevelop budgets and estimates, including labor, materials, and construction costs for new or modified equipment.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eConduct setup and testing of new design systems to verify functional and operational acceptance.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCompile data and prepare reports related to engineering studies, equipment performance, and potential system improvements.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eManage entry of parts and Bills of Materials (BOM) into the ERP system.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eServe as the UL 508A technical owner, ensuring designs, documentation, and manufacturing processes meet certification requirements and supporting audits and inspections.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvide technical leadership for electrical and controls engineering, including design reviews, technical direction, and resolution of complex issues.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eCollaborate with mechanical engineering, sales, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to ensure effective system integration and product support.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEstablish and maintain electrical design standards, best practices, and documentation requirements across projects and products.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eSupport new product development from concept through release, including prototyping, validation testing, and design for manufacturability.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eEvaluate and select electrical components, control hardware, and suppliers to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eTroubleshoot and resolve electrical, control, and software issues during development, production, and field operation.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProvide technical support for service teams, including diagnostics assistance and root-cause analysis for field Qualifications:u003c/strongu003eu003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, or Controls Engineering.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eMinimum of 5 years of experience in a related engineering field.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eStrong knowledge of electrical and control engineering principles.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eWorking knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExperience developing control systems for industrial or mobile machinery.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExperience designing AC control systems.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eProficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExperience with
