School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Company: Amergis Educational Staffing Location: Palm Desert, CA Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person, Contract Schedule: Minimum 37.5 hours per week Caseload: Amergisum 50 students Compensation: $75 per hour Job Description Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for students in grades Ku201312 across a Riverside County school district. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting a diverse caseload with a Amergisum of 50 students. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students access communication skills that support their academic and social success. Responsibilities + Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades Ku201312 + Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop IEP goals + Deliver direct and indirect services in accordance with IEP requirements + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress + Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions + Maintain accurate documentation and service logs + Support students across multiple school sites as needed Requirements + Active California SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred) + Previous school-based experience strongly preferred + Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and evidence-based interventions + Ability to manage a caseload of up to 50 students + Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Benefits At Amergis, we believe our employees are the heartbeat of our organization.
