Assembler C Shift

Adecco is currently seeking Electronic/Mechanical Assemblers in Fairport, NY. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment. The Electronic/Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling monitoring and protection devices used for high-value electrical assets and OEM manufacturing companies. This role requires precision, steady hands, and strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards. Responsibilities of the Electronic Assembler: u00b7 Assemble small electronic components, including circuit boards, connectors, wires, and other parts. u00b7 Follow detailed assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate product assembly. u00b7 Solder and connect components using hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment. u00b7 Perform quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies. u00b7 Troubleshoot and repair minor assembly issues as needed. u00b7 Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored. u00b7 Keep track of production data and report any issues to supervisors. Requirements of the Electronic Assembler: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus u00b7 Previous experience as an electronic assembler, or in a related field, is preferred. u00b7 Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and diagrams. u00b7 Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring devices. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small, delicate components. u00b7 Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. u00b7 Basic understanding of electronics and circuitry is advantageous. u00b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u00b7 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
