Job Title: 3rd Shift Die Cast Operator Job Description As a 3rd Shift Die Cast Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, and moving metal parts throughout the cell and plant. You will also be responsible for setting up machines and assisting with repairs and troubleshooting. This position operates on the 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities + Load and unload die cast machines efficiently. + Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met. + Transport material and metal parts throughout the facility. + Set up machinery and assist in repairs and troubleshooting as needed. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude. + 2+ years of production experience. + Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery. + Attention to detail. + Willingness to undergo up to 4 weeks of training. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus. + Familiarity with die cast machinery and aluminum/steel materials. + Experience in quality audits and quality control.
