Senior Clinical Liaison - Inpatient Rehab

Overview OhioHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital _A joint venture partnership between Select Medical & OhioHealth_ Location: Columbus, OH Senior Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP) Competitive Salary and Monthly Bonus Incentives A day in the life Youu2019ll advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process by collaborating with clinical teams to assess patient needs. You will serve as a resource for healthcare professionals through fostering relationships within medical facilities. With clinical expertise and problem-solving skills, youu2019ll also coordinate care plans with physicians and families. Additionally, you will facilitate patient transfers and address barriers to accessing specialized post-acute care. Responsibilities The Senior Clinical Liaison helps the Director of Business Development lead the business development processes, meetings, and pull-through of admissions. The Senior Liaison assists with the growth and development of volume, strategies, and initiatives as well as training and mentoring clinical liaisons. Completes preadmission assessments as necessary. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + Valid State Clinical License required + Bachelor's degree required + 3 years of related experience required.
