LPN Private Duty Nursing Position

LPN- Private Duty Nursing Position Salary: $25 - $32 / per hour LPN: Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. Maxim offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, referral bonuses, skills train up programs, and a great team to work with. We have full time, part time, and PRN shifts available for adult and pediatric homecare patients. Various shifts available (Adult & Pediatric patients): u2022Day Shift u2022Evening Shift u2022Night Shift u2022Weekends Responsibilities: u2022Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. u2022Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. u2022Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patientu2019s condition. u2022Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. u2022Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned. Qualifications: u2022Current LPN License in the state in which the LPN practices. u2022Current Health Certificate (per facility). u2022Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. u2022Current BLS card.
