Sr. Commercial Title Processor

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Commercial Title Processor to join one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest If you have 3+ years of Commercial Title and are looking to get your foot in the door at an excellent company - apply today + Pay: $30.00-35.00/hour + Shift: 8am-5pm (M-F) + Office is located in the Easton area (MUST be located in the Columbus, OH area) Job Details: + Demonstrate technical mastery of the title insurance product line as well as title related products + Prepare title commitments and final policies + Clear title commitments of items that affect the ability to issue title insurance policy + Communicate with title insurance company underwriters regarding complex title related issues and obtain approval as appropriate + Review title related documents and issues making decisions independent of manuals using commonly accepted industry practices. + Oversees order entry Skills & Qualifications + Commercial Title experience is a must + High level attention to detail + Comfortable navigating Excel + Ability to work in a deadline driven environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
