CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist u2013 1st Shift (Mondayu2013Friday, 7:00 AMu20133:30 PM) We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined CNC Machinist to join our team on the 1st shift . This role is ideal for a detailu2011oriented professional experienced in operating and setting up multiu2011axis mills or turning centers with live tooling . Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges is essential. Key Responsibilities + Set up and operate multiu2011axis CNC machining centers, including horizontal and vertical lathes and mills. + Produce highu2011quality parts that meet all production, engineering, and quality specifications. + Read, interpret, and adjust CNC programs , making necessary offsets to ensure accurate machining. + Fabricate new or replacement parts using engineering drawings, models, and written work instructions. + Understand and troubleshoot Gu2011code to resolve basic programmingu2011related concerns. Essential Skills & Experience + Handsu2011on experience with CNC mills and lathes . + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurement instruments . + Strong understanding of Gu2011code and Mu2011code commands. Additional Preferred Qualifications + Ability to fabricate complex parts with tight or exacting tolerances. + Experience with various equipment, including lathes, mills, jig borers, and precision grinders . + Capability to recommend design changes that enhance manufacturability or process efficiency. Work Environment This position is located in a mediumu2011sized manufacturing facility with approximately 60 employees across two plants. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mars, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.
