Cnc Programmer

Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and implementing programming and setup plans for all CNC machines in the shop. This role requires working with a variety of machines including YCM Vertical Mill (V116A), YCM Lathe, Mazak VC EZ 20 Mill, Mazak VC EZ 32 Mill, and Mazak QT 10 MY Lathe with Live Tooling, as well as additional conversational machines. Utilizing Solidworks and Auto Desk Fusion (CAD/CAM Software), the programmer will translate blueprints and work orders into machine programs, assist technicians with initial setups, troubleshoot programming issues, and contribute innovative ideas for fixtures, tooling, and process improvements. Essential Skills + 3+ years of CNC programming experience. + Proficiency in CAM software, preferably Auto Desk Fusion. + Experience with Solidworks. + Knowledge of CNC Mill and Lathe operations. + Familiarity with Mazatrol and FANUC controllers. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with CNC Programming and CAM. + Blueprint reading and interpretation skills. + Knowledge of conversational machines is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
