Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer Job Description Join our dynamic site work construction company, specializing in commercial projects that involve earth work, parking lots, and commercial driveways. As a General Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks including mixing and pouring concrete, spreading asphalt, carrying materials, and assisting operators with job site clean-up. Responsibilities + Perform various general labor tasks at construction sites. + Mix and pour concrete, and spread asphalt. + Carry materials and ensure job site cleanliness. + Assist operators in their tasks. + Adapt to working in varying weather conditions. Essential Skills + 1+ year of construction experience. + Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. + Proficient with power tools and hand tools. + Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with concrete, asphalt, and landscaping is a plus. + Carpentry skills and ability to use a tape measure. + Ability to work 10-12 hour days and 45-60 hour weeks, weather permitting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alburtis, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
