Job Title: Production Tech Job Description The Production Tech is responsible for performing all tasks involved in the process to ensure the proper fulfillment of customer orders. This includes preparing and packaging orders accurately to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities + Place correct items into outgoing packages. + Include corresponding paperwork with outgoing packages. + Affix packing slips and invoices to customer shipments. + Apply proper shipping labels to outgoing packages. + Label medications accurately. + Read invoices and packing slips to fill orders correctly. + Pack finished goods into the appropriate packages and boxes. + Use the correct UPS label for customer orders. + Work collaboratively in a team environment. + Audit medication labels for completeness and accuracy. Essential Skills + Experience in production, labor, picking, packing, and labeling. + Ability to handle materials and palletize packages effectively. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Commitment to quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. + Ability to stand for extended periods (90% of the time). Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a small warehouse environment alongside a team of 14 dedicated individuals. The role involves standing for most of the shift while performing various tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mukilteo, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.52 - $20.52/hr.
