What Youu2019ll Do + Learn to operate multiple types of converting machinery safely and efficiently. + Follow quality guidelines and production standards to ensure accurate, highu2011quality output. + Support the workflow at your assigned production station and assist with daily machine tasks. + Review job orders and understand product specifications. + Continuously build your technical skill set through hands-on training. + Work closely with teammates to meet production goals and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. + Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures. + Cross-train in different production areas and contribute wherever needed. Key Qualifications + Able to read and write in English. + Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new processes quickly. + Comfortable working around large, industrial equipment. + Capable of working at high speed while maintaining strong attention to detail and safety. + Solid basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Must be able to work overtime as required. Preferred Traits & Experience + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift. + Previous manufacturing experience or strong history in physically demanding jobs. + A desire to understand how machines work and a motivation to advance into higheru2011level roles. + Self-driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about long-term career growth. + Not afraid to ask questions, seek direction, and learn continuously.
