General Production Worker u2013 Shipping & Crating Department About the Role Weu2019re looking for a reliable, hardworking General Production Worker to support our Shipping & Crating Department. This role is handsu2011on and fastu2011paced, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, using tools, and being part of a team that keeps production moving. Youu2019ll help build crates, prepare shipments, load/unload trucks, and handle materials throughout a busy manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities + Build and assemble wooden shipping crates using hand and power tools (drills, staple guns, nail guns, screwdrivers, etc.) + Load and unload trucks; crate and uncrate materials using a situ2011down forklift + Move materials throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack + Disassemble crates to safely remove packaged items + Lift and carry up to 70 lbs; repeatedly lift 30 lbs throughout the shift + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors Required Skills & Experience + Forklift experience required (situ2011down forklift preferred) + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive lifting + Comfortable using hand and power tools + Ability to work safely in a nonu2011climateu2011controlled environment + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Preferred Qualifications + Basic carpentry or construction experience + Previous experience in manufacturing, shipping, or crating environments Why Join Our Team This position offers longu2011term stability and the chance to grow your skills.
