Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst and Conversion Manager to support a large-scale system modernization effort for a healthcare client. This individual will play a critical role in validating the successful migration of Medicaid claims and member data from a legacy mainframe DB2 environment into a new database structure. While a third-party vendor will execute the data movement, this consultant will own the verification, reconciliation, and documentation of the conversion, ensuring the data is accurate, complete, and functional. This is a highly technical, backend-focused role ideal for someone who has led or supported similar enterprise data conversion efforts and can confidently operate as the sole technical expert in high-stakes validation discussions.
