Project Coordinator 1

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract role that requires a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will excel in managing data, coordinating supplier onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies, while effectively collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities: u2022 Support supplier onboarding processes by managing data entry and procurement activities using specialized technology platforms. u2022 Prepare vendor information packets and attachments to facilitate smooth transitions. u2022 Create and maintain dashboards and generate reports using advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables. u2022 Ensure compliance with supplier onboarding requirements, including managing Corrigo administration. u2022 Organize and administer supplier files to ensure adherence to company and client standards. u2022 Compile and complete bulk upload templates using large data sets gathered during transitions. u2022 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and address challenges. u2022 Track and maintain accurate records of correspondence and authorizations to support compliance efforts. u2022 Resolve issues related to vendor Certificates of Insurance and Rate Cards, ensuring all requirements are met. u2022 Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service and supplier onboarding processes. u2022 Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis. u2022 Familiarity with sourcing and procurement technologies such as Corrigo, E1, and Avetta. u2022 Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage large data sets and multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet time-sensitive deadlines. u2022 Knowledge of compliance requirements related to procurement and contracting policies. u2022 Experience in coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
