This onsite role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stockroom operations, and providing highu2011quality customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, engaging with customers regularly, and supporting the Regional Sales Team through various order management and serviceu2011related activities. Responsibilities: u00b7 Conduct regular onu2011site inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. u00b7 Partner with customer procurement teams to place replenishment orders based on preu2011set inventory thresholds and restocking plans. u00b7 Receive, unpack, verify, and store incoming products to ensure inventory accuracy. u00b7 Identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with Thermo Fisher sales representatives, managers, or appropriate customer contacts. u00b7 Provide sales operations support including order entry, order expediting, return goods authorization (RGA), backorder processing, quote generation, and customer service call resolution. u00b7 Maintain strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers. u00b7 Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific professionally at all customer locations. u00b7 Perform additional duties and project support as assigned. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required. + 2+ years of experience in inventory management, customer service, or related fields preferred. + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Experience with ERP or mainframe systems preferred; ability to learn new systems required. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. + Must adhere to the Thermo Fisher Code of Business Conduct and the values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
