This role oversees all phases of project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. The primary focus will be managing projects related to connecting large-load customers to the utility systemu2014typically involving Greenfield Substations and Transmission Line reconfiguration. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Developing comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation + Coordinating activities to ensure project goals and deliverables are met + Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying potential risks and issues + Communicating project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership + Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to ensure project momentum + Managing all project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports To be considered, candidates must have: + Technical Degree or relevant Technical Training + 5+ years of Project Management experience + Utility industry experience (Required) + PMP Certification ( _Preferred_ ) + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Strong organizational and timeu2011management skills Pay Details: $60.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
