Description We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Edina, Minnesota. This role involves overseeing strategic marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and platform transitions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in marketing automation tools and a data-driven mindset to optimize engagement and system performance. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the migration of marketing assets and data to a new automation platform, ensuring consistent performance throughout the process. u2022 Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance audience engagement and campaign effectiveness. u2022 Manage comprehensive analytics, including tracking open rates, deliverability metrics, and other key performance indicators. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing goals and implement technical improvements. u2022 Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows, proactively addressing deliverability or logic issues. u2022 Drive strategic improvements to optimize system health and campaign outcomes. u2022 Provide hands-on management of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other CRM platforms. u2022 Ensure data continuity across marketing operations during transitions and upgrades. u2022 Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, aligning with overall business objectives. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo. u2022 Proficiency in managing email campaigns, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve marketing performance. u2022 Proven ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and tools. u2022 Solid understanding of email marketing strategies and deliverability best practices. u2022 Experience in successfully navigating platform migrations is a strong advantage. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
