You will: u2022 Lead the design and development of mobile features using Flutter/Dart. u2022 Architect and implement backend services using NestJS, Node.js, Postgres, and modern API and microservice patterns. u2022 Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance. u2022 Influence engineering standards, patterns, tooling, and best practices across the team. u2022 Collaborate closely with product, UX, QA, and DevOps in a fast-paced, iterative environment. u2022 Contribute across the stacku2014mobile, backend, cloud, APIs, integrationsu2014to help establish a strong technical foundation for the platform. What You Bring u2022 5u20137 years of professional mobile development experience, including Flutter/Dart. u2022 Proven fullu2011stack engineering experience across mobile + backend systems. u2022 Strong backend capabilities in: u25cb NestJS / Node.js u25cb Postgres u25cb Microservices architecture u25cb API design and integration u2022 Experience mentoring or technically guiding engineers, even informally. u2022 Prior exposure to 0u21921 product development, startup environments, or greenfield builds. u2022 Comfort working in a collaborative, remote-first setting and contributing across multiple engineering domains.
