Job Title: 2nd Shift Packaging Job Description Join a dynamic team on our food packaging production line, where you will play a crucial role in preparing and packaging meals. You will be responsible for accurately weighing food portions and ensuring each dish is filled with the correct daily menu items, including meats, pastas, rice, and a variety of vegetables. This role requires standing for the entire shift and performing repetitive tasks. Responsibilities + Work on a food packaging production line. + Weigh and portion food for packaging into dishes. + Fill each dish with the correct food items for the day. + Stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks. Essential Skills + Experience in packaging, visual inspection, and general labor. + Ability to stand for extended periods. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 34 to 53 degrees. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a food production setting with temperatures consistently maintained between 52-53 degrees on the production floor and 34 degrees in the Weigh Pack/Cold Room. Employees must adhere to strict attire guidelines, including wearing a hair net, smock/lab coat, and a beard cover if applicable. Jewelry, including wedding rings, is not permitted on the production floor. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fairmont, MN.
