Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician will primarily focus on performing routine daily maintenance tasks on facility and facility support equipment as well as secondary support manufacturing equipment. The role involves executing equipment moves, providing layout support needs, participating in the integration and installation of new systems, and adhering to a preventative maintenance program for facility equipment. Responsibilities include working with electric motors, conveying systems, pneumatic devices, and electrical controls, assisting in facilities management and maintenance, operating manufacturing equipment and other shop equipment, and performing basic system troubleshooting. Responsibilities + Perform routine daily maintenance tasks on facility and support equipment. + Execute equipment moves and provide layout support needs. + Participate in new systems integration and installation. + Adhere to a preventative maintenance program for facility equipment. + Work with electric motors, conveying systems, pneumatic devices, and electrical controls. + Assist in facilities management and maintenance. + Operate manufacturing equipment and other shop equipment. + Perform basic system troubleshooting. Essential Skills + Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance. + Experience with welding, plumbing, and carpentry. + Knowledge in building and equipment maintenance. + Understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems. + Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3 years of prior maintenance mechanical experience. + Experience with dust collection systems is a plus. + Knowledge of electrical systems and circuit continuity using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes. + Familiarity with MIG welders, robotic welders, CNC, and general building maintenance. + Computer knowledge for documentation.
