Description Family Law Paralegal Our client, a leading boutique Family Law firm with an office in the Evergreen area is looking for a 3 plus years family law paralegal. You will be responsible for paralegal duties which would include drafting of pleadings, filings with the court systems, handling correspondence, working with the courts and clients, scheduling , calendaring, and all the job functions involved to take care of your assigned clients. 3 plus years of Family law paralegal experience is highly preferred. Since this position involves drafting and accessing of financial statements & tax returns, math and analytical skills are required for this family law paralegal position. Strong computer skills, such as Word & Excel are required. Strong grammar and attention to detail are absolutely necessary for this position.
