The Opportunity As part of the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team, you will play a key role in executing Salesforce Trade Promotion Management(TPM) enabled trade transformation programs as a Technical Manager. In this role, you will lead the implementation of innovative Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across complex TPM engagements, while also supervising and developing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and driving alignment between business, functional, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation outcomes. Responsibilities u00b7 Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud u2013 TPM solutions u00b7 Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs u00b7 Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems u00b7 Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards u00b7 Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems u00b7 Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads u00b7 Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud u00b7 Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making u00b7 Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance u00b7 Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards u00b7 Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement u00b7 Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery What You Must Have u00b7 Bachelor's Degree u00b7 At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud u2013 TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design) What Sets You Apart u00b7 Salesforce certifications preferred u00b7 Demonstrating hands-on Salesforce TPM implementation experience u00b7 Leading enterprise architectural discussions with IT stakeholders u00b7 Articulating scalability and integration trade-offs u00b7 Managing complex Salesforce TPM engagements u00b7 Possessing a functional understanding of TPM workstreams u00b7 Driving alignment between business and technical teams u00b7 Handling large data volumes and batch jobs u00b7 Exposure to AI-driven use cases within Salesforce The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
