Other responsibilities of this Accounts Receivable Specialist will include but not be limited to: Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities: u2022 Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts promptly. u2022 Evaluate customer creditworthiness by conducting credit analysis and running reports to establish appropriate credit limits for new accounts. u2022 Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve disputes effectively. u2022 Reconcile customer accounts, update account information, and maintain detailed records of collection activities. u2022 Generate and distribute weekly delinquency reports to management, ensuring accurate documentation of collection efforts. u2022 Assist with special billing projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable department. u2022 Convert sales orders into active orders by verifying customer credit limits, reviewing purchase order details, and ensuring accuracy before processing. u2022 Communicate order details to the factory for printing and ensure timely processing of all required documents. u2022 Handle cash receipts, credit card payments, and bank deposits, ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation. u2022 Manage daily invoicing, online billing, and processing of credit/debit memos and direct billings efficiently. This Accounts Receivable Specialist role is paying between $60,000 and $70,000 annually depending on experience.
