The Role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business. Your job is simple:👉 Start conversations and set appointments You’ll be: calling local companies reaching out via email and LinkedIn identifying hiring needs booking meetings for our sales team No closing. No long sales cycles.Just creating opportunities. What Success Looks Like 70-90 calls per day 2+ meetings booked daily Consistent pipeline creation If you’re competitive and consistent, this role can turn into something much bigger. Compensation $17/hour base $50 per meeting that shows +$100 per qualified meeting $100 per closed client Weekly performance bonuses Top performers can earn $4,000-6000+/month WORKING 20 HOURS A WEEK! What We’re Looking For Competitive mindset Comfortable on the phone High energy and urgency Coachable and driven Sales experience helps — but mindset matters more.
