Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Jasper, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to service desk tickets and provide effective solutions to technical issues. u2022 Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10. u2022 Diagnose and repair basic hardware and software problems. u2022 Assist users with installing and configuring software applications. u2022 Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address complex IT challenges. u2022 Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and perform routine maintenance as needed. u2022 Provide clear and thorough communication to users regarding issue resolution and updates. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in help desk or desktop support roles. u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory management. u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10. u2022 Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues. u2022 Familiarity with handling service desk tickets and tracking resolutions. u2022 Effective communication skills to assist non-technical users. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. u2022 Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues efficiently.
