Job Title: Field Installation Coordinator Job Description The Field Installation Coordinator plays a vital role within the Site Project Management Team, responsible for installing company equipment at customer facilities. This position acts as a liaison between the Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and the customer to ensure smooth installation work. The role encompasses duties such as material planning, supervising mechanical and electrical work, and leading overall floor coordination. Responsibilities + Perform daily wiring tasks, including pre-wiring components and installing junction boxes. + Prepare systems for downstream robotics installation. + Wear and work in a cleanroom suit for extended periods, maintaining compliance with all cleanroom protocols. + Lead and coordinate a small team of 4u20135 technicians, communicating daily plans and ensuring task completion. + Maintain a consistent pace of work in a structured, repetitive role. + Monitor scheduling, procedures, and performance of installation work at the customeru2019s facility. + Oversee the implementation and training of approved control systems and procedures. + Assist in the analysis of errors and development of solutions with the Installation Site Manager. + Coordinate installation personnel to ensure quality and provide training as needed. + Administer day-to-day operations at the customeru2019s facility and oversee parts installation. + Monitor, guide, and train contractors and vendors for efficient operation. + Compile and complete a Punch list with subcontractors to formally complete a project. + Supervise and coordinate material movement, electrical and mechanical contractors based on project needs. + Attend daily in-field whiteboard meetings. Essential Skills + 2+ years of equipment install coordination within a manufacturing environment. + Natural leadership skills, verified through references or military. + 2+ years of mechanical hands-on troubleshooting and/or equipment installation. + Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, proportions, and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in material planning, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment installs. + Familiarity with electro/mechanical equipment, blueprints, and schematics. + Competency in logistics, budgeting, planning, and project coordination. + Knowledge of PLCs, Allen-Bradley, AC/DC motors, conveyors, cranes, maintenance repair, and gearboxes. Work Environment This position requires working on-site at the TSMC site in North Phoenix, within a cleanroom environment. The role is team-oriented with straightforward and supportive leadership, emphasizing clarity and honesty. While no travel is required in the first year, up to 80% travel within the USA may be required thereafter. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
