Job Title: Production Associate 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 4:30am-3:30pm $18.46/hr 2nd Shift: Monday- Thursday: 3pm-1:30am $18.46/hr Weekend: Friday-Sunday 4:30am-4:30pm OR 4:30pm-4:30am $19.96/hr Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for building, assembling, inspecting, and repairing components in a dynamic production environment. You will also perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines, ensuring all completed work meets production quality standards. Responsibilities + Build, assemble, inspect, and repair production components. + Perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines. + Review and complete necessary documentation for production processes, including yield, rework, and scrap data. + Verify that all completed work conforms to production quality standards. + Communicate requests and requirements to maintenance, engineering, and other departments. + Suggest improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. + Set up, program, and run complex equipment and machine tools. + Review processes and implement improvements according to change procedures. + Operate and maintain test equipment as per procedures. + Possibly orient, train, and assign/review the work of other team members. Essential Skills + Experience in assembly and production processes. + Proficiency in machine operation and use of hand tools. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Mechanical skills for assembling and maintaining equipment. Work Environment Work shifts include 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 am to 3:30 pm, 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 1:30 am, and weekend shifts from 4:30 am to 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm to 4:30 am.
