Overview A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of highly automated production systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and leading maintenance efforts to ensure continuous operations in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities + Partner with maintenance leadership to execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance schedules + Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and related equipment + Ensure continuous operation of automated production lines by quickly identifying and resolving equipment issues + Diagnose and troubleshoot complex industrial systems, including PLCs, drives, and control systems + Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols + Complete detailed shift reports documenting maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions + Train, mentor, and support junior technicians and new team members + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills + Experience working with automated systems, PLCs, and industrial controls + Ability to work independently while also supporting a team-oriented environment + Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach + Effective communication skills and ability to lead by example Schedule + 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule + Flexibility to work weekends as required Compensation & Benefits + Pay: $30.00 u2013 $35.00 per hour + 401(k) with company match + Medical and dental insurance + Paid time off Work Environment + On-site role within a manufacturing facility + Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
