Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Industrial / Automated Systems) Overview A growing manufacturing operation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations and ensure equipment reliability. This role works closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain high-performance, automated production systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance schedules in coordination with plant leadership + Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, conveyors, motors, pumps, and related equipment + Maintain and support continuous operation of automated production lines + Diagnose and resolve issues within complex industrial systems, including PLCs, drives, and control systems + Follow and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP, GFSI, and HARPC guidelines + Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce downtime and improve system performance + Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to support plant efficiency Qualifications + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities + Experience working with automated systems and industrial controls (PLCs, drives) + Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed + Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills + Effective communication and collaboration skills Schedule + 12-hour shifts + Weekend availability as needed + Night shift Compensation & Benefits + Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + 401(k) with company match + Medical and dental insurance + Paid time off Work Environment + On-site role within a manufacturing facility + Fast-paced, team-driven environment focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
