Job Title: Material Handler Job Description The Material Handler plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations, akin to a Warehouse Clerk, performing a variety of general warehouse duties. In serving our global customer base, you will encounter diverse orders that require adaptability and precision. Your tasks will range from picking and pulling kits to inventory control, such as cycle counting and logging items in software. You will also operate tools like pallet jacks and hand-carts to move materials and build crates for international shipments. Every day brings a new challenge, but our commitment to teamwork and mutual respect remains constant, ensuring we meet our goals effectively. Responsibilities + General Warehouse duties: picking, stacking, racking, stocking, boxing, moving, organizing, cleaning, sweeping, and dock work. + Inventory management: shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, stocking, tracking, replenishment, labeling, and following work orders. + Crating and packing: measuring, cutting, wrapping, insulating, foam wrapping, bubble wrapping, plastic wrapping, packing parts of a kit, and ensuring truck-proof packing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland Park, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
