Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 13 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition strategy, or HR technology. + 10 years of experience leading operations and managing cross-regional teams. Preferred qualifications: + Experience leading digital transformations within HR/recruiting, specifically integrating automation, machine learning, or AI into enterprise workflows. + Experience building and scaling regional processes that account for global nuance while maintaining centralized standards. + Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, provide strategic pushback, and drive change management across highly matrixed, global organizations. + Proven ability to build overarching operational strategies to optimize day-to-day processes and workflows. + Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-vendor ecosystems and optimizing large-scale operational budgets without sacrificing delivery quality.
