We’re seeking a Performance Improvement (PI) Specialist to help us advance these goals and support optimal outcomes for our patients, staff, and community. Position Summary The Performance Improvement Specialist plays a key role in supporting organizational excellence through data-driven improvement initiatives. This position partners closely with clinical and administrative leaders to identify opportunities, lead process improvement projects, and ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and strategic priorities. The PI Specialist brings expertise in Lean methodology, project management, and analytics to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the hospital. Qualifications: Education: Accredited program in alignment with licensure requirements. Experience: 2 years, prefer 6+ years of healthcare experience Previous Performance Improvement experience preferred Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable license in the state of practice in one of the following: - Registered Nurse (RN) - Respiratory Therapist (RRT, CRT) - Occupational Therapist - Physical Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist - Medical Technologist (one of the following) - Blood Banking (ASCP_BB) - Chemistry (ASCP_C) - Cytogenetics (CYGT) - Hematology (ASCP_H) - Microbiology (ASCP_M) - Molecular Biology (ASCP_MB) - Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP_MLS) - Medical Technologist (ASCP_MT or AMT_MT) At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
