Director, Loans Enablement Ops

Job Description A global financial firm is hiring a multiple Client Processing Managers and Associates for Syndicated Loans in the Houston, TX, area. The candidate will be responsible for end to end processes for syndicated loans. They must have experience with LoansIQ or ClearPar and managing highly complex deal structures. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Manage the full lifecycle of syndicated and bilateral loans, including loan closing, servicing, rate setting, payments, advances, fees, and portfolio management within LoanIQ. u2022u2003Serve as the operational lead for agency functionsu2014coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing. u2022u2003Resolve complex loan issues and client inquiries using expert knowledge of syndicated loan structures and system workflows. u2022u2003Interpret and apply complex credit agreements and legal documentation to operational processes. u2022u2003Oversee and enhance loan operations processes, including trade processing and coordination with platforms such as ClearPar. u2022u2003Collaborate across internal groups and external stakeholders to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
