Summary This announcement is for merit promotion Internal to Department of Justice (DOJ). Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities for a GS-0301-Workforce Liaison-12/13 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as a support source for component staff on human resources issues. Develop or maintain relationships with OSG staff, the Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management (OARM), and the Justice Management Division (JMD) Human Resources staff to resolve sensitive issues. Respond to data calls from component and Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Communicate ideas and suggestions to component leadership regarding human resource. Serve as security program manager. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for the position of Workforce Liaison, at GS-0301-12/13, you must meet the qualification requirements listed below. For the GS-12: Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which demonstrates serving as a liaison providing human resources and administrative services (i.e., personnel, position classification, or security investigations). For the GS-13: Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which demonstrates providing human resources and administrative services for the component management such as special projects, advisory services, or guidance and interpretation of Federal or agency policies. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by 04/01/2026 of this announcement.
