About the Role: As a CBRE Lease Administration Sr. Manger, you will managethe team responsible for the delivery of advanced contracted leaseadministration services. This job is part of the Lease Administration. They areresponsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managingrelationships with internal and external customers. What Youu2019ll Do: + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor thetraining and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations andcoaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and trackstaff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Manage the process of producing timely and accurateclient reports and services. Point of contact for all aspects of the clientrelationship. + Develop and implement process improvement initiatives. + Create and communicate best practices and providetraining for the team. + Establish a forum for ongoing review and refinement ofmethods of doing business. + Oversee both audit and implementation SWAT teams. Preparedetailed correspondence for clients regarding audit findings and makerecommendations. + Review complex leased and owned portfolios to identifyrisk, audit, accuracy, and value. + Communicate directly with key stakeholders on the statusof accounts. + Review the quality of work produced by leaseadministration team members. + Participate in the preparation and delivery of RFPs toexisting and potential clients. + Meet with large and high-profile clients to reviewservices provided, propose additional services, and obtain updates. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline,and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmentalobjectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of viewwhile being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems ofcomplexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across thedepartment. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, andstandards within job discipline. What Youu2019ll Need: + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training,development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewardingperformance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated,and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broadoperational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple jobdisciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills and an advancedinquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculatecomplicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Lease Admin Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Lease Admin Manager position is $145,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
