As the Scrum Master you will guide and ensure their teamunderstands the scrum framework and its values and practices. You willbe a servant leader who helps the team to be self-sufficient and achieveits goals via effective Agile and Lean practices. You would manage 3delivery teams that are dispersed globally (NA, LATAM, APAC). You willreport to the Technical Leader - Configure to Quote YourResponsibilities: Understand, apply and coach Agile and Lean principleswithin the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Establish the scrum processand practices Educate the team about the scrum values Help the teamresolve conflicts when possible Protect the scrum team from unnecessarydistractions or interference (scope creep, external pressure) Facilitateteam meetings like the daily scrum, sprint planning, and sprintretrospectives Guide the team in self-management, cross-functionalityand Agile practices Help find effective techniques for Product Backlogmanagement and ensure it is ready for the next sprint. Nurture teamhealth to foster high performance Help the delivery teams to coordinatedependencies and communicate status Collaborate with other agile teamsto identify, promote, and adopt best practices Help team to remove anyexecution roadblocks Manage Large projects within IT application spaceThe Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalentrelevant experience.
