JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has animmediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to joinour National Mission Critical team The Project Manager is responsiblefor administration of assigned projects, including specific phases ofproject management under supervision, working with schedules, costprojections, contracts, and project status reports. Some things you canexpect to do: Manages assigned project team members and subcontractors.Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships withall professional groups involved. Engagement in the projectpreconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bidreviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, andscheduling. Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program andrequired commissioning processes. Proved leadership in construction riskevaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions. Travel asneeded for projects. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.Lead Construction progress meetings. Oversee design development JobRequirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalentwork experience. At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercialconstruction industry. You will really stand out if you: Have MissionCritical Data Center project experience. Process proven knowledge ofcomplex mission critical MEP systems. Have an established thoroughunderstanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioningprocesses. Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process.Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Procore, P6, and othermanagement tools. Communicate proactively and effectively, focus oncustomers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, andintegrity. Compensation: The salary range is $100,000 - $130,000. Thesalary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factorssuch as the ultimate location of the position and the selectedcandidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligiblefor additional compensation that may include commission and/or anincentive program.
