Duties and Responsibilities 1.Perform all tasks related to grounds maintenance such as pruning,weeding, planting, chemical applications, mowing and watering. 2.Provide snow removal services. 3. Assist in setup and take down ofspecial events. 4. Operate University equipment and vehicles in a safemanner during the performance of duties. 5. Lead assigned student crews.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities A high school diploma or GEDwith at least 1 year of experience or at least 4 years of groundskeepingexperience. A valid driver's license with a favorable record is alsorequired. Candidate must be service oriented and possess the ability todemonstrate reading and writing comprehension and competency skills.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Snow plowing experience. Morethan one year of groundskeeping experience.
