And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description TheRegional Security Manager-Americas is responsible for protectingemployees and assets in various forms within the Americas. Reporting tothe Director, Global Security, you will achieve this by providing adviceand counsel to internal customers and Security Coordinators. TheRegional Security Manager must be able to foresee emergent conditionsand develop cost-effective and proactive solutions. You will identify,develop, implement and maintain security processes to reduce risks,respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas ofphysical and personal risk. You will assume the role of the region'sCrisis Management Chair- enhancing, maintaining and leading the crisismanagement program for the Americas. You will also interface closelywith the Information Security function, and facilitate globalheadquarters team training, which includes hosting crisis exercises atleast annually. You may follow a hybrid work schedule, working from ourMilwaukee Global Office Headquarters Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.Your Responsibilities: Assess security and emergency risks for RockwellAutomation facilities, employees, executives and other assets in variousforms. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of security threats, risks, andpotential impacts to reduce risks to employees and assets. Lead crisismanagement events and exercises annually throughout the region. Performsecurity assessments in the Americas region. Brief senior locationmanagement on suggested improvements. You will be accountable for globalstate-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security managementtechniques to safeguard our assets. You'll also correct securityvulnerabilities while ensuring optimal use of personnel, financialresources and equipment.
