In this role, you'll work across our fullstack-developing robust Python services, building Reactbased userinterfaces, and leveraging Azure to deliver secure, resilient solutions.You'll also play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoringjunior developers, and collaborating across teams to solve complexbusiness problems. This is a handson, individualcontributor role withmeaningful technical ownership and influence. About the role: EssentialJob Functions Develop and maintain scalable, secure APIs and servicesusing Python. Build and enhance React-based UIs for data-richapplications. Design and implement Temporal workflows to automatebusiness processes. Contribute to cloud infrastructure design andimplementation using Azure-native tooling and infrastructure-as-codetemplates. Support containerized application deployment andtroubleshooting in Kubernetes-based environments. Mentor AssociateDevelopers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Data, andArchitecture. Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, andrelease planning. Take ownership of key components and advocate for bestpractices in code quality and architecture. Support integration withAzure-hosted services (Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Storage, etc.).Technologies You'll Use Backend: Python (FastAPI or similar), TemporalFrontend: React (TypeScript or JavaScript) Cloud: Azure (Container Apps,Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Managed Identity) Infrastructure asCode: ARM templates, Bicep, and/or Terraform DevOps: Azure DevOpsBoards, Git, Docker, YAML, CI/CD workflows What you will need: 2 yearsof relevant experience required, 5+ years preferred.
