Principal Duties/Responsibilities: u00b7 Works with Field Service Materials Specialist II to develop timeline and resource map for project completion. u00b7 Participates in parts processing activities separating MRO parts (Good, Bad, Obsolete) u00b7 Assists in the parts crib build-out and reorganization tasks as required. u00b7 Completes physical inventory and labeling during site transition. u00b7 Prepares inventory data for import into ATS proprietary MRO system. u00b7 Provides system and process training for the supply chain team, technicians, site management, and customer employees as needed. u00b7 Develops custom processes to support different contract variations. u00b7 Works with customeru2019s purchasing and accounting departments to ensure well informed transition. u00b7 May be involved in inventory audits for existing storerooms. u00b7 Works with Field Service Materials Specialist II to prepare a list of required materials, tools and equipment for project. u00b7 Travels up to 80% of the time required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required: u00b7 Associateu2019s degree from two year college or technical school and five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. u00b7 One to three years of storeroom materials management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. u00b7 Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment parts and supplies u00b7 Familiarity with a computerized parts/maintenance management system, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point u00b7 Project team member experience preferred Physical Demands and Working Conditions: The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
