If you are aligned with our mission, we encourage you to click below and apply Position Overview: As a Physician Assistant / Laser Associate who specializes in laser tattoo removal treatments, you will be a go-to laser expert in your studio. Your responsibilities include administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. We are seeking a professional who can handle routine tasks with ease and takes the utmost satisfaction in providing exceptional client experiences. Our Laser Associate position allows you to empower clients as they embark on their tattoo removal journey, making a meaningful difference in their lives. If you are passionate about transforming lives through laser procedures, you belong at Removery Responsibilities: + Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol. + Ensure compliance with Removery standards for safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records. + Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes. + Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture. + Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience. + Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials. Position Specifics: Compensation: $55-60/hr + uncapped commission Address: 6274 Glenwood Ave Suite 106 Raleigh, NC 27612 Status: Full-time Schedule:u00a0 + Tuesday: 10:30am-7:00pm + Wednesday: 9:30am-6:00pm + Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm + Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm + Saturday: 8:30am-4:00pm Benefits: + + No overnights + Eight (8) company-paid holidays + 120 hours of accrued paid vacation time + 8 hours of paid volunteer time annually + Paid Parental Leave + Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with HRA option, STD, and LTD + 401K with generous Company Match + $50K in Life Insurance, with option to purchase more + Team Member Referral Bonus Program + Employee Assistance Program + Collaborative work environment promoting diversity and inclusion + Ongoing Comprehensive Training + Employee Emergency Fund for financial hardships Position Requirements: + Active PA license. + Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed. + Effective and client centric communication style. + Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. + Out of state travel for training may be required + Must be able to sit for hour long increments. + Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively. + High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body. + Ability to maintain highly confidential information. + Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms) + Ability to visually assess clientsu2019 skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment while wearing assigned Laser Safety Goggles. + Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
