In March 2024, Isometric was acquired by NisshaMedical Technologies (NMT), a global Contract Design/DevelopmentManufacturing Organization. NMT's expertise in the design anddevelopment of endoscopic devices, combined with Isometric'smicro-molding capabilities, have the potential to redefine the realm ofminimally invasive surgical instruments and surgical robotics. Together,we aim to address the changing demands of medical devices by enhancingcomponent miniaturization and improving the maneuverability of small andprecision components, ultimately advancing medical efficiency. It's anexciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a 2nd shiftAssembly Operator. This role is responsible for trimming plastic partswith a handheld trimmer in accordance with ISO13485 continuousimprovement standards. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday,3:00PM-1:30AM. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Handle smallplastic injection molded parts with hands and complete projects inaccordance with approved procedures Monitor and control assignedprocess, ensuring production activities are carried out in accordancewith approved procedures and guidelines. Seek solutions for problemsassociated with assigned processes and communicate any identifieddefects in materials, damage, or concerns to Supervisor. Document anydefects, damage or changes in specified logs according to workprocedures. Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and organizedmanner. Perform quality checks with appropriate measuring devices perjob instructions. Look through microscope at small hand-held itemsthroughout shift.
