Position: Treasury ManagementDirector Location: Bismarck or Fargo, North Dakota; Madison, WisconsinKey Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Bank's treasurymanagement sales strategy, aligning with commercial banking objectivesand identifying market opportunities for deposit and fee income growth.Lead and direct the treasury management sales team, setting annualproduction goals and providing strategic leadership to driveperformance. Maintain and grow an individual portfolio of treasuryclients by proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new businessopportunities. Drive deposit growth, service adoption, and fee incomegeneration through effective client presentations, solutionconsultations, and leadership in commercial relationship pitches.Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to treasuryrevenue to support the Bank's financial objectives. Qualifications: 7+years of banking experience with at least 3-5 years in TreasuryManagement or Cash Management Bachelor's degree in business, finance,or related field. Demonstrated success in revenue production and depositgrowth Management experience preferred Excellent relationship buildingand presentation skills.
