Associate Project Manager u2013 Bioanalytical Work Schedule u2013 Monday u2013 Friday (Day Shift) / Madison, Wisconsin Labcorp is seeking a Associate Project Manager to join our team at our Madison location in Madison, WI Job Responsibilities + Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization + Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external clients + Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations + Deliver clear, timely, and concise updates to clients + Provide accurate data and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting + Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of project-related issues + Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with 3 or more years experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment + 1 year or more working with internal or external clients Preferred Qualifications: + 1 year or more Client-facing experience + 1 year or more experience within a laboratory environment + Project Management Certification Additional Job Standards + Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills + Positive / proactive mindset - always asking,
