The Our House team has defined a set ofseven GuidingPrinciples that characterize our culture and that we intentionally seekto uphold: Hard Work,Wise Decision-Making, Community, Initiative, Integrity, Safety, andHeart.About the RoleYou will be responsible for building, stewarding, and growing Our Housesrelationships withindividual donors, corporate partners, and the broader community. Thisrole will play a key part incultivating new donors, strengthening donor engagement, and increasingpublic awareness ofOur Houses mission. You will lead donor- and community-facing outreachefforts, representOur House at public events and speaking engagements, coordinate pressand mediaopportunities, and guide prospective supporters through the giving andengagement process.What Youll Do? Serve as a primary point of contact for donor and communityengagement, cultivatingand stewarding relationships with individual, corporate, and communitysupporters? Identify, engage, and cultivate new donors, funding prospects, andprospective partners,guiding them through tours, conversations, proposals, follow-up, andongoingrelationship management? Develop giving proposals for private and corporate funders and stewardthem throughthe full giving cyclefrom initial outreach to solicitation and continuedengagement? Collaborate with the Board of Directors by providing regular updateson donor prospectsand major givers, and engage board members in identifying andcultivating new fundingopportunities? Coordinate recognition efforts for key donors, volunteers, andcommunity partners tostrengthen ongoing relationships? Represent Our House at community events, speaking engagements, andoutreachopportunities to raise awareness about Our House and build partnerships? Develop and maintain a calendar of outreach opportunities, speakingengagements, andpublic events to ensure consistent community visibility? Serve as the primary liaison for media and press, including draftingpress releases,coordinating interviews, and managing media inquiriesOur House Inc. PO Box 34155, Little Rock, AR 72203 (501) ? Collaborate with the Development team to support major fundraisingevents? Analyze the existing donor and volunteer base to identifyopportunities for deeperengagement, including increased giving and long-term involvement? Generate creative engagement initiatives and campaigns to inspirecommunityinvolvement, promoted through email, social media, and other platforms? Write and publish blog and news posts for the Our House website tospotlight clients,programs, events, and community impact stories? Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to align communityoutreach efforts andintegrate volunteers into broader engagement strategiesWhat Youll Bring? Experience in donor cultivation, fundraising, or community engagementis highlypreferred? Excellent written and verbal communication skill s, with the ability toconnect with andmotivate a wide range of individuals? Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to workeffectively acrossteams and with diverse community partners? A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to managemultiple projects and seethem through to completion? Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus onimproving systems andgrowing impact? A collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and deep commitment to themission and valuesof Our HouseRequirements? Must possess a valid drivers license and vehicle to use in performanceof job. Theposition requires some travel within Central Arkansas. r
