HR Specialist

What you'll do: + Coordinate and support organizational development and training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communications + Maintain accurate training and development records (schedules, attendance, materials, evaluations) and assist with reporting on outcomes + Support workshops, meetings, presentations, and employee engagement initiatives + Manage online documentation and respond to employee inquiries related to training, educational assistance, and development opportunities + Interpret and apply policies for training requests, travel, and educational assistance with attention to detail + Assist with special projects focused on process improvement, research, engagement, and training content creation + Help deliver training sessions and workshops that support employee growth and success + Partner with internal teams to strengthen HR processes and organizational effectiveness Requirements + Previous experience in Human Resources administration or a related field. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with onboarding processes. + Strong knowledge of employee relations and development practices. + Exceptional organizational and communication skills. + Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. + Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and records. + Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. + Experience in coordinating events, workshops, or training sessions.
