Adecco is hiring for Post Production Role AM Shift Pay: $19 per hour Location: Austin, TX Shift: Front Half Schedule (12?Hour Rotating) + AM Shift: 6:00 AM start + PM Shift: 6:00 PM start Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday Schedule Structure: Zellerfeld operates on a rotating 3u20134 day work week: + Week 1: 3 shifts (36 hours) + Week 2: 4 shifts (48 hours)This schedule provides consistent hours, every other Wednesday off, and full 24/7 coverage. Job Description The Post?Production Technician is responsible for the final preparation and finishing of 3D?printed footwear components. This is a hands?on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. The technician ensures all printed parts meet quality standards before moving to packaging or the next stage of production. Key Responsibilities u2022 Clean and prepare 3D?printed footwear components by removing excess material and surface residue u2022 Remove printing artifacts such as strings, supports, and other imperfections to achieve a smooth finish u2022 Inspect parts for visible defects including cracks, warping, and incomplete prints u2022 Follow established finishing procedures and perform consistent quality checks u2022 Report defects, recurring issues, or abnormalities to production supervisors u2022 Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and handling protocols u2022 Meet daily productivity targets while upholding company quality standards Requirements u2022 High school diploma or equivalent u2022 Previous experience in manufacturing or production is helpful but not required u2022 Strong attention to detail; ability to perform repetitive, precise tasks u2022 Good handu2013eye coordination and manual dexterity u2022 Ability to follow step?by?step written instructions u2022 Reliable, consistent attendance and willingness to learn u2022 Ability to work in a fast?paced environment Pay Details: $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
